Before you call
Three things that shorten the call and make the estimate more accurate.
- Exactly where you saw them. A kitchen is not a bedroom, and a drain is not a wall. Each location points to a different species.
- How long it has been going on. An infestation that is days old is treated differently from one that is months old.
- Who is in the property. Children, anyone with allergies, or pets, all change the choice of product and the instructions afterwards.
And if you can photograph the insect, send it on WhatsApp. One clear photo settles the identification faster than a long description.
