Why we come back
Most failed pest treatments do not fail because of the product or the technician. They fail because the work stopped after the first visit.
An insecticide kills the adults. In most cases it does not reach the eggs. Those eggs hatch days or weeks later depending on the species and the temperature, and a new generation emerges from a treatment that had worked perfectly. The customer sees insects again and concludes the company failed. What actually happened is that the job was called finished too early.
So we book the follow-up visit ourselves, rather than waiting for you to call and tell us they are back.
This is not an add-on being sold to you. It is part of the treatment. Anyone who sells you a single spray and promises a permanent result either does not know how the pest breeds, or knows and is not telling you.
How we work
Four commitments we apply on every visit, all of them things you can observe.

Approved materials
Cleared for use in occupied spaces, and chosen for who lives there. You are told the ventilation time before we start, not after we finish.

Technicians who explain
You learn the name of the product, why it was chosen for your case, and where it will be used. A customer who understands what is happening in their home makes a better decision, and notices if something does not match what they were told.

A scheduled return
The follow-up date is agreed before we leave, not left to sort out later. If anything is still active we treat it without being asked.

A price before we start
We inspect, quote the full cost, and you decide. Nothing appears afterwards, and no figure is given before the inspection because it would be a guess.
