Questions customers ask before booking

Are the products safe around children and elderly people?

We use approved products cleared for occupied spaces, and we choose the product based on who lives there. The part that matters most in practice is ventilation: before we start, we tell you how long to keep children out of the treated area, and that varies with the product and the space.

How much does treatment cost?

It depends on the pest, the size of the space and how far it has spread, and we will not give a figure before we know those three. We inspect first, then quote the full cost, and you decide after that. Any number quoted before an inspection is a guess.

Will the insects come back after treatment?

You may see a few in the first days, and that is expected, because the product drives them out of hiding. What is not normal is activity continuing after that, which is exactly why we schedule a follow-up visit. If anything is still active, we treat it.

Do I need to move out of the house?

In most cases no, and clearing the treated area for a while is enough. Widespread infestations and termite work can need a different arrangement, and we tell you that after the inspection rather than when the technician arrives.

Do you work with restaurants and shops?

Yes, on scheduled contracts, with each visit and what was done in it written down. That record is usually the thing regulators ask for at inspection.
