We collect the least we need to deliver the service, and we do not ask for data we have no use for:

  • The service address when you book a visit, used only to get to you.
  • Basic technical data logged automatically by the server when you browse, such as network address, browser type and time of visit.

There is no contact form on this site

We do not run a web form, so nothing you type is posted to or stored on our servers from a web page. Contact happens by phone, WhatsApp or email, and each of those is governed by the platform you choose to use.

Why we use it

  1. To answer your enquiry, identify the pest and agree a suitable time.
  2. To carry out the work and arrange the follow-up visit afterwards.
  3. To keep a record of visits under commercial contracts, because that record may be requested during a regulatory inspection.

We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not send marketing messages to people who did not ask for them.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your data in any form.
  • We do not share it with third parties beyond what delivering the service requires, or where a legal obligation applies.
  • We never request banking details through the website or by text message.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and service records for as long as the work and any legal or accounting obligation require, after which they are deleted or made impossible to link to a person. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies

The site does not rely on cookies for advertising or tracking. If measurement or tracking tools are added later, this page will be updated before they are switched on.

External links and services

The site links to services we do not own, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. Once you follow one of those links their own privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Contact us by whichever means suits you and we will respond within a reasonable period.
