Our services

Pest control for homes and businesses, plus water tank cleaning and sealing. Every pest behaves its own way, hides somewhere different and needs a different product. Pick the one that sounds like your problem, or call and we will work it out with you.

  • Residential

A home differs from a business in one respect that matters: who lives in it. So the work starts by identifying the pest before choosing a product, and the product goes where the insect travels rather than where the family does, which means behind appliances, inside cracks, and along dark runways. The three asked about most here are cockroaches, bed bugs and termites, and they share one reason treatments fail: eggs survive the first application. That is why the result is judged two to three weeks later rather than two days later, and why a follow-up visit finishes the job.

  • Commercial

In a business, pest control is not judged by the result alone. It is judged by the result and the record together, and a clean kitchen with no visit log stands in a weaker position at inspection than one with an orderly file. So this side of the work runs on scheduled contracts, with monitoring stations that are checked on every visit and what was found in them written down. The same arrangement serves restaurants, hotels, warehouses and schools, and differs only in timing: the work happens outside service hours so nothing of yours stops.

  • Annual contracts Scheduled visits with a record of each one Service details
  • Restaurants and cafes A record that stands up to inspection Service details
  • Hotels and apartments Rooms and service areas, without disturbing guests Service details
  • Warehouses and factories Monitoring stations and goods-inwards routes Service details

  • Fumigation For stock and sealed consignments Service details
  • Water tanks

A water tank is not a pest job and is not treated like one. No pesticide goes into a tank, and what does go in is rated for contact with drinking water. The visit starts by draining the tank and scraping what has settled on the floor and walls, then sterilising it, then flushing the first draw before it is handed back. Sealing is a separate question: it is done when the inner surface has cracked or when a leak appears, which is what the damp patch on the ceiling below a tank usually is. The tank is out of service for hours, not for a day.

  • Water tank cleaning Drain, remove sediment, high pressure wash Service details
  • Water tank sterilization Approved sterilisation after washing Service details
  • Water tank sealing Internal lining that stops leaks and contamination Service details
  • Tank leak repair Find the crack and repair it before lining Service details

Not sure which one? That is normal

Most people who call describe what they saw rather than name the pest, and that is entirely enough. The shape, the place and the time of day it appears identify the species in most cases, and the inspection settles the rest.

Every visit starts with identification, because getting the species wrong means the wrong product and a result of zero. Once we know, we tell you what we are looking at and what it costs, and you decide before we start.

Describe what you are seeing and we will tell you which service you need

A short call is enough to identify the pest and tell you when we can get there.
