Cockroach control for homes and businesses
We identify the species and find where it breeds before anything is applied, treat the harbourage rather than the trail, then come back for the visit that deals with whatever hatched.
-
Targeted, not broadcast
Product goes into cracks and runways, never sprayed across open surfaces.
-
Told before we start
What we will use, where it goes, and what to cover or move before we arrive.
-
A follow-up visit
We return after the first treatment, because what survives it does not show on the day.
-
Homes and businesses
Apartments and villas, and kitchens and stores that need a record of each visit.
Why a cockroach spray usually fails
Three reasons, and between them they explain the last attempt.
Where you see it is not where it lives
It comes out at night for water and crumbs, then returns to a warm, tight gap. A spray on the runway leaves the harbourage untouched.
The eggs sit inside a hard case
A surface residual does not reach through an ootheca. The result looks excellent for a fortnight, then a new generation hatches.
Nobody came back to check
Without a second visit timed to the hatch, the infestation is back to where it started inside about a month.
The species and the place decide the method
What we look for in the first ten minutes of a visit, and why each one changes the treatment.
German cockroach
Small and light brown, tied to kitchens and bathrooms. Breeds fastest, and takes bait rather than spray.
American cockroach
Larger and darker, arriving up drains and shafts. Treatment starts outside the apartment.
Appliance heat
The oven and the hob supply the warmth they need, and their joints are the first thing we open.
The gap behind the fridge
Warm, dark and never cleaned, which is where a colony survives every spray it has met.
Water before food
A small leak or a standing air-conditioning tray keeps a colony alive in a spotless home.
What you see at night
Daytime sightings mean the numbers have outgrown the hiding space, and that is not a wait-and-see.
How the visit runs
Four steps. It starts with an inspection and does not end at the spray.
-
1
Inspect and identify
We work through the kitchen, the bathrooms and the drain runs, and establish the species, the harbourage points and the moisture keeping them there.
-
2
Treat the harbourage
Gel bait into joints and cracks, targeted spray where it is warranted, and dust in the dry voids behind appliances.
-
3
Close what can be closed
We point out the gaps, the drain entries and anything needing a plumber, because exclusion does more to stop a return than repeating the spray.
-
4
The follow-up visit
We come back once the surviving egg cases have hatched, check the points and re-treat where needed.
What cockroach control includes
-
A recorded inspection
Species, harbourage points and moisture sources, established before anything is applied.
-
Placed gel bait
In cabinet joints, cracks and behind appliances, where the insect actually travels.
-
Targeted spray where needed
On runways and junctions, never on preparation surfaces or open floors.
-
Drain and entry treatment
Floor traps, shafts and pipe entries, which is where the larger species comes from.
-
Aftercare instructions
Ventilation, what to cover, and when surfaces can be cleaned without undoing the work.
-
A scheduled follow-up
A set date after the first treatment, and re-treatment of anything still active.
Exactly where the product goes
-
1
Inside joints, not on surfaces
Bait goes into a cabinet joint or a gap behind an appliance, in dots the size of a match head, in places no hand reaches and nothing touches in ordinary use.
-
2
Away from where food is
Nothing is sprayed on preparation surfaces, inside food cupboards, or across open floor in living rooms and bedrooms.
-
3
A little preparation first
Cover dishes, move water bowls. We give you the ventilation time for your treatment on the call, rather than a general number printed on a page.
-
4
Tell us the exceptions
Asthma, an allergy or a pregnancy in the home changes the product choice and the order of the visit. It is a change we make often and it does not delay the appointment.
Our work

What customers say on Google
Excellent, quick service. They dealt with the problem on the first visit and came back afterwards to check.

Respectful team, they kept to the appointment, and they explained what they used and which places they had treated.

Honestly the best company I have dealt with. They kept to the time and the result was clear from the first visit.

Common questions
How many visits will it take?
Usually two: the treatment, then a follow-up timed to the hatch. Infestations running between neighbouring apartments, or in a restaurant, can need more, and we tell you that after the inspection rather than before it.
Why did they come back after the last spray?
Usually because the egg case is not affected by a surface residual, so a new generation hatches two to three weeks later. The other common reason is that the runway was treated without ever reaching the harbourage itself.
Do we have to leave the house?
It depends on the treatment and the space. Placed bait does not ask what a broadcast spray asks. We give you the ventilation time for your situation before we begin, and we do not print a fixed number here because it genuinely differs from home to home.
Does having cockroaches mean the house is dirty?
No. Water is the first attractant, and a small leak under a sink or a standing air-conditioning tray will keep a colony going in a spotless home. They also move between apartments through pipework and voids, which has nothing to do with how anyone keeps their kitchen.
Do you treat restaurants and businesses?
Yes, and on a different footing: scheduled visits, monitoring points checked each time, and a record of what was done. See Restaurants and cafes or Annual contracts.
How should I prepare before you arrive?
Empty under the kitchen sink if you can, cover food and open dishes, and move pet water bowls. The rest is in how to prepare your home before treatment.
What does cockroach control cost?
It is set after the inspection, because the figure follows the species, the size of the place, how far the infestation has spread and how many visits it needs. Send us a photo and a description on WhatsApp and we will give you an estimate before we come out.
