Questions about this district

There is a restaurant on my ground floor. Does that matter?

Yes. The food, warmth and cartons in the shop below are a constant source feeding the flats above it. We treat the climbing points in the pipes and the cavities between the two floors, and we advise treating the premises itself so the source does not simply return.

My neighbour and I share the same drain stack. Is treating my flat enough?

The vertical stack links the flats together, so if your neighbour goes untreated the source stays alive. We seal the drains on your side and treat the shared riser, and it is better still to coordinate the treatment with the neighbours on the same stack.

My building is old and the walls are cracked. Does that make control harder?

The big ones come out of the floor drain. Where are they from?

My flat is on the ground floor facing the street. Am I more exposed?
