Full disinfection before moving day is far better. A new villa carries construction dust, debris and the hands of builders and site workers. Treating it before the furniture arrives lets us reach every surface and corner without obstruction.

Does construction dust from the vacant plots stop the disinfectant from working?

Absolutely. The disinfectant cannot work through a film of dust. Surfaces must be cleaned and dried first to expose the material itself, or the product sits on top of the dirt and does nothing.
