Yes, Al Ukayshiyah is very dense and rodent infested. Rodents migrate from Al Ukayshiyah to Al Ghazzah Al Jadid seeking less crowded shelter. Treating the new district alone may not stop them unless we block rodent entry from the west.

Is treating one shop or villa sufficient or must the whole district be treated?

Treating one home or shop and sealing its foundation protects only that unit. Vacant ground around the district and entry from Al Ukayshiyah will continue, so more co ordinated treatment is better.
