Will treating a single villa suffice if it is surrounded by other villas?

Treating one villa alone may not be enough because ants may arrive from neighbouring villas via shared pipes. It is better to coordinate treatment with neighbours or treat the villa's outer perimeter first.

Does soil type and planting choice affect which ant species settle here?

Yes, the dry sandy soil in Al Falah attracts certain ant species more than others. Irrigated plants draw different ants seeking moisture around the plant roots.

Should garden irrigation be stopped when treating the villa?
