In a dense apartment district, ants are not confined to a single unit. Shared entrances and connected foundations let them move horizontally and vertically without obstacle, so treating one flat alone solves nothing unless we first seal the shared entry point and treat the common stairwell.

We follow the line from where you see it to where it enters, and establish the species, what it is feeding on and the moisture keeping the nest close.

We choose the matrix from the feeding preference and place it on the trail itself, leaving the trail intact so the workers carry it to the queen and the brood.

Treat the perimeter and close the ways in

An external treatment at the wall base and the openings, and we point out the cracks, pipe entries and any branch touching the building.

The follow-up visit

We come back once the bait has worked through the nest, check the trail is gone, and look for a satellite nest if a new line has appeared.

Is dampness from shared pipes why ants keep coming back?

Yes. In closely packed apartment buildings, moisture trapped in walls creates a permanent nest site. We treat pipes from outside and seal climb routes, but fixing the leak itself is the building's responsibility, not ours.

Is treating just my flat enough to stop them?

No. In shared entrances, ants move between units through foundations and walls. We must treat the main entry point and common passages together with you and your neighbours.

When will new ants arrive after we treat?

If we do not cut off the food and water supply, they may arrive from a nearby colony within weeks or from adjacent buildings. We focus on prevention rather than speed of the spray application.

What does it mean if I see ants inside the ceiling?

The ceiling means the nest is very close or water is reaching from above. Tell us which flat is above yours and where the dampness is so we can map the trail properly.

Is floor-dwelling ant different from food-seeking ant?

Yes. Floor ants nest in walls and do not always hunt for food, while food ants track kitchens constantly. We identify the type before choosing the bait.

How long does bait take to work once they carry it?

Ants carry bait to the nest in hours, but it takes days to affect the queen and brood. Do not clean the trail and wait a week before you judge the result.
