Droppings are wetted before they are lifted so nothing goes airborne dry, bagged closed, and the nest position is treated for ticks and mites before the surface is sanitised.

Netting tensioned on a perimeter wire with no gap at the corners, spikes or wire on the narrow projections, metal mesh across vents and shafts, and the roof drains freed of the nest material packing them.

Questions about this district

The popular market is close by; does it attract more birds than other districts?

Yes, substantially. Popular markets are a permanent pigeon food source. Your home may be clean, but if you are minutes from the market, birds will return after treatment. Successful control requires coordination with municipal authorities on market cleanliness.

My neighbour left their ledge full of birds; does that affect my flat after fitting?

Significantly. Displaced birds from one building seek similar nearby ledges, and your flat, even with barriers fitted, may be invaded by birds escaping the untreated neighbour. Starting coordinated treatment with adjacent owners is essential.

The promenade is short; can we arrange droppings cleanup with them?
