Villa and apartment block are side by side. Does treatment cover both together or separately?

A villa and block may have one owner or two. If one owner, treatment covers both. If two owners, both must agree because shared edges need a joint solution.

Al Qadisiyah Road is very busy with pedestrians and traffic. Is work on the facade safe?

Yes, completely safe. We fit deterrents on roofs and upper ledges, not at street level. We coordinate with the municipality or police if fitting requires work directly on the front facade facing the street.

Al Khair Mosque and the two other mosques are nearby. Does fitting affect the mosques?

No, fitting deterrents on your villa or block does not affect the mosque. If the mosque has its own pigeon problem, that is separate treatment. Your deterrents reduce the overall pigeon population in the district, taking pressure off the mosques too.

Scheme Eleven Park is very close to the villa. Do pigeons come from the park?

Yes, the park is a primary water and food source. Pigeons spend the day in the park and return to the villa at dusk to sleep. The deterrent on your villa blocks their return, though the park will continue to attract other birds.

Wadi Mudarraja marks the eastern edge. Do pigeons come from the wadi?

Yes, after rain the wadi carries water and pigeons drink from it. Some pigeons roost in the wadi and come to the district to feed. The deterrent on your home does not affect the wadi but protects your property from daily returns.

Will pigeons return once building finishes on vacant land nearby?

Yes, definitely. New building creates new roof surfaces. Your deterrent protects your current home. If you plan to buy or build on nearby vacant land, fit the deterrent early on the new project before pigeons settle there.
