We go through the rooms and mark the touch points, the porous surfaces and the finishes, then ask what prompted the call: illness at home, moving into a new place, building work, or a smell that arrived out of nowhere.

Clean what we are about to treat

We take the film of dust and grease off the surfaces that are in scope, so the product reaches the surface itself. This is preparation for the treatment, not general house cleaning.

Apply it, and hold the contact time

Hand work on the touch points, a product matched to each surface, and the surface left visibly wet for as long as that material needs before it is dried off. Cold fogging comes last, for what a cloth cannot reach.

Do unpaved streets and continuous dust mean disinfection must be repeated more often?

Yes. Dust returns quickly and covers the disinfectant. We recommend disinfection every six weeks instead of every three months, until streets are paved.

Do open excavations and standing water bring insects and rodents to villas?

Yes, very much. Excavations and water pools provide shelter and food for insects and rodents. We recommend comprehensive pest control alongside disinfection.

Does dampness from heavy garden irrigation reduce disinfection effectiveness?

Yes. Moisture washes the product away. We recommend stopping irrigation 48 hours before disinfection, and reducing it for a week afterward.

Does incomplete drainage mean special treatment is needed for foundations?

Yes. We inspect floor traps and channels carefully and clean them before disinfection. Standing water in low zones must be removed and dried.

How many times do new villas in Al Asalah need disinfection in the first year?

Three to four times in the first year because of dust and continuing construction. Once building stops and streets are finished, it may reduce to twice yearly.

After disinfection, when can windows be opened to ventilate the villa?

After four hours of drying. Because construction continues outside, dust may enter during ventilation. We recommend opening windows in early morning or evening when dust is lighter.
