The new villa has very glossy surfaces; does disinfectant stick to them?

Yes, smooth new surfaces provide a good grip for the product. But the gloss may be a thin finish prone to peeling. We choose products suited to smooth modern surfaces.

There is vacant land around the house; should we disinfect the garden and yard too?

Yes, the yard is part of the home and rodents enter through it. We treat the garden and yard with products safe for soil. But standing water after rain weakens the disinfectant.
