How we work

Inspect and map the water

We walk the perimeter, the roof, the garden, the meter chambers and the condensate runs, record everything that holds water, and read the species from the breeding site and the time of biting.

Remove the water that can go

Empty, invert, cover: saucers, containers, old tyres and roof gullies. Every point that disappears is a treatment that never needs repeating.

Larval treatment, then the resting surfaces

Water that cannot be drained is treated so the larva never completes, then a residual goes under planting, beneath outdoor furniture and along low shaded walls.

The follow-up visit

We come back once the generation that was in the water on the first visit has completed, review every point we recorded and re-treat where needed.

Do mosquitoes from a neighbouring building site invade a new home quickly?

Yes, a site fifty metres away still feeds the home. Treating the house alone will not stop rapid reinfestation if a building site is an active source.

Is vacant land next to the villa responsible for the mosquito population?

Yes, especially after rain. Water pools in vacant ground for weeks, and mosquitoes hatching there fly straight into the neighbouring villa.

Why does the mosquito population spike during building and development seasons?

Building means water from excavations, mixers and temporary drains. All of it creates perfect mosquito habitat, and treatment cannot reach it all.

Is clearing and draining a dig once enough?

Draining once is not enough. Water returns after even small rain, and mosquitoes hatch fast. We need chemical treatment in the water itself.
