Can underground irrigation pipes leak into mosquito breeding areas?

Yes, and a small leak under the soil may show no surface sign, but mosquitoes find it there. If you notice a patch that stays damp or plants that differ in vigour in one spot, a pipe is leaking.

Should I stop watering before treatment?

No, but reduce it for a week before we visit so we can see the real water sources. Heavy watering masks the problem and makes it harder to find the actual wet spots.

Are mosquitoes in a villa garden different from other areas?

Yes, because your garden has been established for years, shade is thick and water is constant. Mosquitoes choose that garden over anywhere else if conditions are perfect.

Will treatment affect plants or fish in the fountain?

We use products safe for plants. We turn off the fountain during treatment then refill with clean water after. If you have fish we remove them to a safe place first.

How often do I need treatment in one season?
