Questions about this district

Does the ant in my neighbourhood come from the vacant Ghulail site next to it?

Very possibly. The wide redevelopment site hosts millions of potential nests, and ants spread gradually into nearby districts, especially after rain.

Does the moisture from old drainage make the problem worse here?

Much worse. Failed sewerage left the soil extremely damp, and this attracts and sustains vast underground ant colonies.

Will treating only my neighbourhood protect me from ants coming from Ghulail?
