No, because the flat may have entry points of its own. The ground floor shop is one source only. Both must be treated together, and entry points on the exterior around pipes must be sealed.

Spring brings rain moisture deep into the vacant soil around the district. This activates the large colonies beneath. Regular bait and good sealing reduce activity at this peak time.
