The house is near a small wadi and humidity is high. Is disinfection enough?

Moisture from the wadi provides ideal conditions for mould and bacteria. Disinfection helps, but treating the humidity is fundamental: use strong fans for drying and ventilation, then apply disinfectant at higher concentration than usual.

Does rising ground make disinfection less effective?

Rising ground does not reduce how well the product works, but it may direct contaminants from other areas towards your home. Winds on elevated ground are stronger and carry pollutants from greater distances.
